You can be anybody except Hachi, Sensei, or anyone else you choose to ban.
All players get the force ranks Star Power and Soul of Hachi, but no others.
You may need to do 2 or 3x cash per city in order to make it interesting.
I'll probably make a variant of this later that allows you to build sea or air, but no land.
