The teams are OS+GE and BM+YC, so OS and BM don't automatically win. Settings can be whatever you want. I'm looking to make this map as good as possible, so please tell me what this map needs (I'm thinking of less neutrals and PDs). Good luck!
Update: Now with more neutral bases.
Update: Now with no switch-the-hq-stuff, and a few other changes. Teams can be OS+YC vs. GE+BM, or a free-for-all. FoW on, funds 1000.
